HOT FRUIT COMPOTE 
1 lg. can chunk pineapple
1 lg. can apricot halves
1 lg. can sliced peaches
Ritz crackers
Brown sugar
Butter

Drain fruit well and mix. Place a layer of fruit in casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar. Crumble about 6 Ritz crackers (not fine) and spread. Repeat until all fruit is used. Dot generously with butter (8-10). Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
