HOT FRUIT COMPOTE 
1 lg. can sliced peaches, drained
1 lg. can chunk pineapple, drained
1 c. raw cranberries
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca granules

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Place in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, covered. Continue baking for 20 minutes more, uncovered. Serve hot.
