SUSAN'S HOT FRUIT CASSEROLE 
6 oz. pkg. dried apricots
16 oz. can sliced peaches, drained
16 oz. can chunk pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. applesauce seasoned with:
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 can cherry pie filling

Put apricots in 2 quart casserole. Add peaches and pineapple. Spread applesauce mixture over drained fruit. Spread cherry filling on top. Bake 350 degree oven for 1 hour or 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Serve hot with meal.
