FRUIT CASSEROLE 
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches (or 2 (14 oz.) cans chunk or crushed pineapple
5 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 pkgs. Ritz crackers
1 c. applesauce
1 c. raisins (plumped in water & drained)
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 stick butter

Place fruit in oblong baking dish. Mix flour and sugar. Spread over fruit - do not drain fruit. Mix crushed crackers, applesauce, raisins and cheese. Spread over fruit. Melt butter. Pour over mixture.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
