FESTIVE FRUIT CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can pineapple
1 lg. can peach halves
1 lg. can pears
1 lg. can apricot halves
1 jar maraschino cherries

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. sherry

Combine and cook the sauce ingredients until smooth. Drain and arrange the fruit in an oblong casserole. Top fruit with cherries. Pour sauce over fruit and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 6-8 servings.
