HOT FRUIT COMPOTE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. and sm. can sliced peaches
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
2 (16 oz.) cans applesauce
1 lg. can apricots
1 lg. can purple plums
1 lg. can sliced pineapple
1 can bing cherries
1 can green grapes
Cinnamon

In a 9x13 baking pan, arrange the fruits in layers as follows:

1. Sliced peaches and pineapple chunks.

2. 1 can applesauce, sprinkle with cinnamon.

3. Apricots and plums - cut in half and remove pit if necessary.

4. 1 can applesauce, sprinkle with cinnamon.

5. Bing cherries, pineapple slices, grapes - arrange in a design and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 300-350 degrees until it bubbles. Drain all fruits real well before layering. This can be made ahead and stored in refrigerator until time to bake. Spoon off any juice that rises to top. Serves at least 12.
