BAKED FRUIT CASSEROLE 
2-3 c. fruit
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (only if using peach, apple or apricot)
2 tbsp. lemon juice

TOPPING:

3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt

Arrange fruit in well buttered baking dish. Mix together white sugar, flour and cinnamon; sprinkle over fruit. Pour lemon juice on top. Mix all ingredients for topping and spread over fruit. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
