WILD RICE SOUP | |
1/3 c. chopped carrot 1/3 c. chopped celery 1/3 c. chopped onion 2 tsp. butter 1 1/3 c. cooked wild rice 1 jar (12 oz.) Heinz HomeStyle Turkey Gravy 1 1/2 c. skim milk 2 tbsp. dry sherry Saute vegetables in butter in 2 quart saucepan over medium-high heat until tender. Stir in rice, gravy and milk. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in sherry. Makes 4 servings, about 4 cups. |
