MICROWAVE SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
3-4 strips bacon
5 med. potatoes, cubed
1 med. onion
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. sour cream

Cook bacon in 2 quart dish on high (covered with paper towel) in microwave 4 minutes. Set bacon aside. Add potatoes, onion, and water to bacon drippings. Cover and cook on high for 12-14 minutes. Add pepper, parsley, sour cream, and salt; stir. Crumble bacon and sprinkle over potatoes. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
