RASPBERRY DESSERT | |
1 1/2 c. crushed pretzels 3/4 c. melted butter 2 tbsp. white sugar 1 (9 oz.) bowl Cool Whip 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 2 sm. boxes raspberry Jello 2 c. hot water 2 boxes frozen raspberries Mix first 3 ingredients for crust and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes in oven at 350 degrees. Cool. Blend Cool Whip, cream cheese and sugar. Spread on pretzel crust and refrigerate. Blend Jello, water and frozen raspberries. Chill until slightly thick. Put on top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream on top. |
