YOUR FAVORITE POTATO SALAD -
Microwave
 
1 1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled & cut into 3/4" chunks
1 celery stalk, diced
1/3 (or so) c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. vinegar, optional
1/3 c. pickle relish
2 green onions, diced
2 boiled eggs, diced
1/2 tsp. mustard
Salt & pepper to taste

In 2 quart casserole, cook potatoes in 1/4-1/2 cup water, covered on high 7-9 minutes or until done. Drain. Toss with remaining ingredients. Chill. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
