GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
1 pt. heavy cream
1/2 box (8 oz.) graham crackers
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

No cooking. Very easy to make!

Whip heavy cream in bowl. Add sugar and vanilla while mixing heavy cream. Set aside. Stand 1 graham cracker at a time and cover with cream. Continue adding crackers and cream until finished product looks like an oval cake. Sprinkle top with Jimmies or crushed cherries. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
