GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMB CAKE 
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. granulated sugar
2/3 c. packed light brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped nuts

Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, and salt; mix with crumbs; set aside.

In large bowl, cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs, one at a time, and vanilla until fluffy. Add flour mixture to egg mixture alternately with buttermilk, beating just to blend. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 40 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve hot with plenty of butter. Serves 10.

Great for Sunday breakfast, brunch or even dessert.
