GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMB CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 box graham cracker crumbs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Add graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, milk, coconut, pecans and vanilla.

Bake in 3 (9-inch) layer pans at 325°F for about 30 minutes or until done.

Icing:

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add pineapple, nuts and vanilla. Beat well. Spread between layers and on top.
