GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
5 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 box graham crackers, crushed
2 sticks butter, softened
1 c. sweet milk
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped

Cream sugar and butter then add eggs, milk, baking powder and vanilla. Add graham crackers, nuts and coconut last. Bake in 2 floured and greased 9-inch cake pans at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

1 box confectioners sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. coconut
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Bring to a boil and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Stir while cooking. Spread on layers.
