DEB'S DIRTY RICE | |
It's one of my favorites and I'm sure it will be yours. Can be served with any sort of meat and a salad. 1 tub chicken livers 3 cups chicken broth 2 cups UNCLE BEN'S® brown rice 1 small onion, chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced salt and pepper, to taste 3 stalks celery, chopped red bell pepper, chopped Cook chicken liver then blend. After blending add to pot with chicken broth, rice, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Let it cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. Keep checking the rice to make sure it's nice and loose and not soft then add celery and bell pepper. Submitted by: Deb Koobir |
