ORIENTAL CHICKEN WINGS 
2 to 3 lbs. chicken wings
1/3 c. lite soy sauce
3 tbsp. white sugar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. ginger

Cut and wash wings, discarding tips, and put in covered bowl or ice cream bucket. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken wings. Marinate overnight in refrigerator, stirring or shaking bowl once or twice. Pour wings and marinade into shallow pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours, turning wings every half hour. Check after first hour and pour off some of the sauce if too juicy.
