CHICKEN WINGS ORIENTAL 
2 lb. chicken wings
2 tbsp. fat
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. sherry
Dash of monosodium glutamate
1 sm. clove garlic, mashed

Wash and dry chicken wings. Hook tips of wings over opposite end of bones to form triangles. Fry slightly in skillet in fat. Add remaining ingredients; stir until well mixed. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove lid; increase heat and cook until liquid is almost gone. Stir frequently. Serve with rice.

Note: For variation substitute fresh ginger root for garlic. Yield 4-5 servings.
