ORIENTAL CHICKEN WINGS 
24 mini drumsticks (chicken wings with wing tips cut off)
2 clove of garlic (crushed)
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Dry Sherry

Marinate chicken wings in above mixture several hours or overnight. Place on rack over shallow pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
