12 oz. pkg. (2 c.) butter - scotch morsels
6 oz. pkg. (1 c.) semi - sweet chocolate morsels
1 1/2 c. salted peanuts
4 c. Kellogg's Crispix cereal

Combine butterscotch morsels and semi - sweet chocolate morsels in large sauce pan. Stir constantly over very low heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Add peanuts and Kellogg's Crispix cereal. Stir gently until well coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill until firm. Makes 8 dozen.
