2 c. butterscotch chips
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. Spanish peanuts
3/4 c. M&M'S®
4 c. Crispix

Combine chips in large saucepan, stir constantly over very low heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Add nuts, M&M'S® and cereal. Stir gently until well coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill until firm. Yield 8 dozen.
