TARRAGON GREEN BEANS 
3 slices diced bacon
1 med. onion, sliced
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. sherry
4 c. cooked green beans

Saute onion and bacon. Add sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and wine. Cook until thick. Stir constantly. Pour over beans. 4 cups beans serves eight.
