PARMESAN ASPARAGUS 
asparagus
olive oil
parmesan cheese
salt

Cut ends off of Asparagus. Place into large kettle and steam for about 5 minutes. If you don't have a steamer just put a little water in the bottom of the pan and cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Take a frying pan and add a little extra virgin olive oil.

Heat until the oil is hot. Add steamed asparagus. Sauté for about a minute and add Parmesan. Sauté a little more until the cheese starts to melt and each piece is coated. Add a little salt and serve.
