5 BEAN SALAD 
1 cup each drained:

Green beans
Yellow beans
Kidney beans
Lima beans
Chick peas

Toss and marinate in:

1 c. red vinegar
1 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. parsley

Garnish with red onion and green pepper slices. Marinate overnight.
