BEAN SALAD 
1 can cut green beans, drained
1 can yellow wax beans, drained
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 can ripe olives, drained
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained (or fresh)
1 can artichoke hearts, drained (I use marinated)
1 1/2 c. diagonal cut celery
1 med. onion

Dressing:

1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Fine Herbes
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Mix all ingredients and allow to marinate in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
