4 BEAN SALAD 
Kidney beans
Cut wax beans
Cut green beans
Garbanzo beans

1 med. red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. red wine or tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. tarragon
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. basil

Combine beans in a large dish. Combine remaining ingredients and heat just until sugar has dissolved. Pour over beans - cover and chill for several hours or overnight - toss lightly several times while chilling. Keeps well in refrigerator.
