ITALIAN BEAN TOSS 
2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen Italian green beans
1/2 c. mayonnaise (Hellman's)
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. finely chopped pimento
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. curry powder

Cook beans according to package directions; drain and chill. In mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, pimento (chopped), salt and curry powder; mix well. Add beans and toss until all beans are coated. Chill. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese just before serving.
