CHICKEN NUGGETS 
6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sesame seeds (optional)

Mix eggs, water, flour, salt and sesame seeds into a batter. Cut chicken into chunks. Heat oil to 375°F. Dip chicken into batter and fry until golden brown.

Sweet and Sour Sauce:

1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cooking wine
3 tbsp. ketchup

Cook over medium heat until thick. Cool.
