SUMMER SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli (2 lg. sprigs)
4 green onions and tops (use about 6 inches)

DRESSING:

1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
2/3 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. regular salt

Combine all ingredients for dressing. Cut broccoli and cauliflower in bite-size pieces, using mostly the tops, not stems. Add peas and green onions. Pour dressing over. Best to make in advance and refrigerate.
