SUMMER MACARONI SALAD | |
Boiled Elbow, shell or ring macaroni (7 or 8 oz. uncooked) 1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese 1 c. sliced gherkins 1/2 c. minced onion 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. (10 or 12 oz.) frozen peas (cooked and drained) Drain macaroni and rinse with cold water. Add remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Chill. |
