SUMMER PEA SALAD 
2 pkgs. frozen tiny peas
3-4 carrots, grated
1 med. onion, chopped finely (less if you don't want heavy onion taste)
8 slices bacon, cooked crisp
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt

Layer peas, then carrots, then onions in serving bowl. Spread the mayonnaise on top, sprinkle with salt and crumbled bacon. (May refrigerate until ready to serve at this point.) Toss ingredients together just prior to serving. Serves 8 to 10.
