FAST, EASY MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can chili con carne without beans
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 c. can water (use soup can)
Grated cheese

Brown hamburger. Add chili con carne. Fill tortillas enchilada style with meat mixture and cheese. Roll and place in 9"x13" pan. Mix soup and water together, pour over tortillas, cover top with grated cheese. Heat until hot and bubbly at 350 degrees.
