LYNDA'S QUICK SAUSAGE ONE DISH CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. Italian sausages (hot or sweet, your choice) 1 green pepper, cut into strips 1 red pepper, cut into strips 1 sweet onion. cut into strips 3 potatoes (or more if you wish), peeled and quartered Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut sausage into 1-inch chunks. Slice peppers and onion into 1-inch strips. Cut potatoes into quarters. Layer into a glass baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours. Note: Make sure the first layer is sausage to avoid sticking, then potatoes, then peppers and continue layers. Serve with loaf of Italian crusty bread. Submitted by: Lynda Q. |
