ITALIAN PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
3 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
3 c. Cheddar cheese
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. jar Ragu Thick-N-Hearty sauce
1 pillow pack pepperoni
1 Pilsbury pizza crust

Roll out pizza crust so you have enough crust for bottom and top of pie. Brown hamburger and add some garlic powder and salt to taste.

Put bottom layer of crust in a 9 inch pie plate. Add hamburger and pour 3/4 of Ragu sauce over hamburger. Then top with 2 cups Cheddar cheese and 1 Cup Mozzarella cheese. Place pepperoni over cheese, making sure you cover cheese. Add onion and bell pepper. Top with top layer of crust. Roll edges of crust to seal pie. Use remaining Ragu and cheese on top, and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
