ITALIAN PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. uncooked rice
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
1/2 sm. jar pizza sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine meat, rice, onion and salt. Mix well and form into balls. Place in deep baking dish. Combine liquid ingredients and pour over meatballs. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot.

Variations: Spaghetti sauce can be substituted for pizza sauce. Or, for non- spicy, omit pizza sauce and use full can of soup and full can of water.

Lots of protein and kids love it! Serve 4 to 5.
