SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked & drained
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb or pork stuffing mix
1 1/2 med. onions, finely chopped
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, fine ground
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all above ingredients together and form into walnut sized balls. May freeze for future use or bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes (until firm but not hard). Serve warm!
