OVERNIGHT FRUIT SALAD 
2 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
2 Golden Delicious apples
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 lg. navel oranges
2 c. seedless green grapes
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sharp cheese, grated

Spread lettuce on bottom of 2 quart serving dish. Peel apples, slice thinly, and layer over lettuce. Sprinkle orange juice over apple slices. Layer grapes over top.

Combine mayonnaise and sour cream, spread over grapes. Sprinkle cheese over all. Cover dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Must make ahead 24 hours. Serves 6.
