BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
12 slices bread
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 c. diced ham
1 1/2 c. butter, melted
6 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 qt. milk

Break bread into pieces. Place in large casserole 9 x 13 inches on two smaller greased pans. Cube cheese. Sprinkle over bread, cube ham, spread over cheese. Pour melted butter over all. Beat eggs, mustard, salt, and milk. Pour over casserole. Chill overnight in refrigerator. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until firm. Bacon or sausage may be substituted in place of ham.
