BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
10 slices stale bread, cubed
12 slices Velveeta cheese
1 lb. ham chunks, trimmed and cubed
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter

Place bread in 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Put cheese slices and ham over top. Beat eggs, milk and salt. Pour over bread, cheese and ham. Refrigerate overnight.

Before baking, melt butter and pour over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
