MARINADES FOR FISH | |
2 tbsp. catsup 1 tbsp. lemon juice Garlic 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. olive oil 1/4 c. orange juice 1/4 c. parsley Mix and pour over fish in shallow pan overnight in refrigerator. Preheat broiler and grease pan with oil. Broil 5-15 minutes until flaky. Heat marinade and spoon over fish. Garlic 1 tbsp. dry sherry 3 green onions sliced 1/2 tbsp. hoisin sauce Marinate fish for several hours in refrigerator. Broil 5-10 minutes or until flaky. 1 tsp. dill weed 1 clove garlic, minced Squeeze juice from fillets and marinate 30 minutes or more in refrigerator. Grease baking pan with butter. Place fillets in pan and sprinkle with dill, garlic, salt and pepper. Bake 5-10 minutes until flaky. |
