CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
FIRST LAYER:

1 c. plain flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix flour, butter and pecans together and spread in dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown and cool.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipped topping

Next mix cream cheese, sugar and whipped topping together and spread over cooled crust.

THIRD LAYER:

1 sm. vanilla instant pudding
1 sm. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk

Beat vanilla and chocolate pudding with milk until firm. Spread on cheese mixture; spread with whipped topping, then toasted nuts on top.
