CHOCOLATE DELIGHT LAYERS 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 sticks butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

LAYER #1: Mix flour, pecans and butter well and pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, cool.

LAYER #2: Mix cream cheese, 1 cup of Cool Whip and 1 cup powdered sugar. Spread over first layer.

LAYER #3: Mix chocolate and vanilla pudding. Add 3 cups milk and mix well. Add vanilla and spread over second layer.
