CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 stick butter
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Mix flour and butter. Add pecans. Press in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan and bake approximately 15 minutes or until brown.

LAYER #2:
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix sugar and cream cheese well. Add Cool Whip and mix. Pour over cooled layer #1.

LAYER #3:
1 box Jello instant chocolate pudding
1 box Jello instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix puddings as directed but use only 3 cups milk. Pour over layer #.

LAYER #4:

Whip remaining Cool Whip and spread over layer #3. Sprinkle with nuts.
