CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter & 2 tbsp. cut into sm. pieces
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Mix well and press firmly into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip our of 9 oz. container

Mix with mixer and spread on crust.

THIRD LAYER:

1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix

Mix in bowl with 3 cups milk. Let stand a bit to firm and spread on cream cheese layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Spread rest of Cool Whip on top and grate a Hershey bar over that, if desired.

You may also use cherry pie filling (or another flavor) instead of pudding.
