CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 blocks butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Combine and mix well all ingredients. Press into bottom of greased 9x13 inch cake pan or 2 (9-inch) pie pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until light brown. Cool.

FIRST LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip (from 9 oz. container)

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together until soft and creamy. Add Cool Whip. Spread evenly over top of cooled crust. Refrigerate.

SECOND LAYER:

3 (3 3/4 oz.) pkgs. chocolate pudding mix
3 c. cold milk

Prepare pudding mix as directed on box, using above measurements. Pour and spread evenly over cream cheese layer.

THIRD LAYER:

Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding layer. Top with additional chopped nuts or chocolate chips. Keep refrigerated.

NOTE: Lemon pudding may be substituted.
