BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
4 slices of bread
1 lb. of bacon or sausage
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Brown and drain bacon or sausage. Tear up bread into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Break up bacon or sausage over bread and sprinkle with cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over bread, etc. in pan. May be refrigerated overnight or baked immediately, 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
