BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread, cubed
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
4 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of milk

Place cubed bread in bottom of 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Brown meat and cut up. Place cheese and meat in pan with bread cubes.

Mix together milk, dry mustard and eggs. Night before, pour these over bread, meat and cheese in pan. Mix soup and milk. Pour over other ingredients. Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6-8.
