SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
6 slices bread, remove crust
1 1/2 c. shredded longhorn cheese
6 eggs
2 c. half & half
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Softened butter

Cook sausage over medium heat. Drain and crumble. Spread each slice of bread with butter. Cut in cubes and place in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with sausage, top with cheese.

Combine remaining ingredients. Beat well. Pour over mixture in pan. Chill at least 8 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
