SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. bulk sausage 6 slices white bread, crust removed Softened butter 1 1/2 c. long horn cheese, shredded 5 eggs 2 c. half & half 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard Cook sausage over medium heat until done. Stirring to crumble well. Drain sausage on paper towels (set aside). Spread each slice of bread with butter. Cut into cubes. Place bread cubes in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan, sprinkle with sausage and top with cheese. |
