CHOCOLATE FROSTING FOR ECLAIR
CAKE
 
1 1/2 oz. (1 1/2 sq.) chocolate, unsweetened
1/3 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter together. Add powdered sugar, egg and vanilla. Beat together. Frost the cake. Cool for several hours.

I've made this but it turns out like milk chocolate frosting. I'm looking for the dark fudge frosting. Mine turned out light brown, milk chocolate.
